2. How does eGiftPlatform work?

To send an e-Gift Card: Tell us the recipient, gift details, and purchase.

To redeem an e-Gift Card: Once you've received an email with your gift, print it out or show it on your mobile device once you arrive at the restaurant.

4. Is there a physical card involved?

There are no physical cards.

5. Are there any fees to give or receive eGift Platform s?

None.

6. Do e-Gifts expire?

Nope.

7. Once I make an e-Gift purchase, when is it delivered to the recipient?

The recipient will receive an email with his or her e-Gift Card on the date that you select.

8. What is your refund policy?

If you believe a purchase was erroneously or fraudulently made, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@egiftplatform.com.

Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds and all sales are final. Once we receive funds from an e-Gift purchase, we deliver them immediately to the restaurant.

9. Tell me more about your e-commerce security.

We take data security very seriously. All payment data are encrypted with a 256-bit SSL key.
